About the Event
Antonietta (Toni) will host a free Zoom cooking workshop which gives you a chance to cook along with her or relax, sip a glass of wine and some nibbles, watch and make at a time that suits you. The ingredient list will be provided in advance, so you have what you need at your fingertips. We will cook a Chilli Turkey Pot Pie and then Antonietta will show you how this recipe is so versatile, the filling can be adapted to make 3 other different meals to enjoy. There is also a Vegetarian option. Plus there will be bonus tips and a few healthy ideas thrown in to make this dinner a winner!

Antonietta has worked in the food industry in recipe development and food styling. She has taught food and cooking skills in the community and health sectors and in secondary schools. She has presented live cooking demonstrations for Meat and Livestock Australia, the Dairy industry, SMEG Australia, Whirlpool Australia, Woolworths, Old El Paso, Simplot and many more.
Antonietta has a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Food & Nutrition as well as a teaching degree. Coming from an Italian heritage, Antonietta has, from an early age, a passion for preparing delicious food for those she loves.
